Tiffany Eldridge and her two children were all smiles Dec. 19 at the annual “Spread the Joy” event sponsored by the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Emergency Management team from Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. The team visited with students from Lucille Moore Elementary School to celebrate Christmas early with a hot meal and wrapped presents for the children to open. AFCEC has been leading the event since 2014. This year’s “Spread the Joy” was possible through volunteers wrapping more than 900 presents and the Mercy Chefs organization preparing nearly 450 meals.
