Tammy O’Neill is the Director of Environmental Management, Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. She oversees a broad spectrum of technical and operational services to support Air Force engineers and scientists worldwide, encompassing environmental compliance, restoration, natural/ cultural resource management, and technical reach back services. The environmental team facilitates Air Force and Department of War missions by ensuring proper environmental planning, sound stewardship, and strict adherence to federal law.
Ms. O’Neill, a graduate of Henderson State University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas, began her career in civil service in May 1994. Over her career, she has held significant leadership assignments at both the installation and field operating agency levels. Her career is highlighted by serving in various positions within the scientific and civil engineer communities.
