FES cost savings and cost avoidance

TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. - The Air Force Civil Engineer Center's Fire Emergency Services Division has earned more than $323 million in actual cost savings and cost avoidance for the Air Force and reduced the vehicle recapitalization rate from 33.6 to 20.2 years.
