Jason Myers of AFCEC’s Readiness Directorate as Jeff Warnecke in the foreground updates the RBC’s database. Since 2005, the RBC has handled more than 50,000 requests for information. Agents field questions from deployed locations, the Pentagon, major commands, bases, industry, and other services. The RBC also supports AFCEC’s experts by maintaining a vast database of civil engineer information that they can quickly reference in response to customers’ queries.
