TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Thirty-one Royal Canadian Air Force construction engineers trained alongside U.S. Air Force civil engineers during a Silver Flag course here March 2-8, 2013. Silver Flag prepares civil engineers for deployment operations and gives them experience establishing and maintaining a base at a forward-deployed location.
