With hopes of improving literacy

KABUL, Afghanistan -- In addition to overseeing the construction of a new basic military training facility for the Afghanistan Army, the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment is also building literacy classrooms in hopes of reducing the large illiteracy rates in the country.
