LACKLAND AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Noella Rodriguez, niece of Janie Campos, heads into the dunk tank thanks to a great throw by Rudy Diaz during the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment's annual picnic June 14 at Stillman Park.
