TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Tyndall opened a new fitness center Aug. 20 that is expected to reach the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Platinum level thanks to energy savings and environmentally friendly technologies including solar panels, or photovoltaics.
