JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. -- The Air Combat Command facility energy team expertly managed a comprehensive program for 16 installations earning them a 2013 Federal Energy Management Program Award. Among its many achievements, the team oversaw the award of 39 energy projects, which are expected to save 450,450 MBTUs and $5.5 million annually.
