TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – The ultra-high pressure turret of the new P-34 Rapid Intervention Vehicle can discharge 100 gallons of firefighting agent per minute at 1,350 pounds per square inch at a range of 100 feet. UHP is one of the advancements in firefighting technology developed and tested at the Air Force’s fire research facility here.
