TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – A rain gauge measures the amount of water falling on pavement materials during a wet-weather crater repair test here Aug. 14, 2013. The test was conducted by members of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s Readiness Directorate and required a minimum of three-eighths of an inch of rain per hour.
