Joanie Campbell, electrical controls subject matter expert at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, is the recipient of the National Society of American Military Engineers 2014 Goethals Medal, given for preeminence in engineering, design or construction. The award will be presented May 21 in Houston, Texas, at the National SAME Awards Gala.
