The Air Force Civil Engineer Center worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to select companies to proceed with preliminary assessments for three Air Force energy saving performance contracts. During the preliminary assessment, each company will evaluate the proposed project, potential energy conservation measures, proposed savings and other metrics for approach and financial schedules.
