Air Base breaks ground on Visitor’s Quarters modernization project

A vertical rendering of the layout for the future four-story 125,000, square foot Visitor’s Quarters on Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The project is a result of low vacancy at the current Visitor’s Quarters. The modernized four-story structure will have 266 guest rooms, conference rooms, an exercise room, guest laundry and other amenities covering 150,000 square-feet. The Visitor’s Quarters project is slated for completion in Fall 2020.
