Former McClellan Air Force Base

One of McClellan Air Force Base's anchor tenants, Cal Fire, formed a reuse partnership at the former base shortly after the base closed in 2001. Throughout the Cold War, McClellan was an installation of the Air Force Logistics Command (AFLC) and later the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) with the overhaul facility being known as the Sacramento Air Logistics Center.
