Sandra Buckley-Rusnov, NDR Division Project Manager manages Tyndall AFB rebuild projects totaling more than $1 billion, including the construction of the Tyndall Marina. She is also managing three rebuild projects at Joint Base Langley-Eustis and was sent to Guam after Typhoon Mawar to assist in standing up the PMO at Andersen AFB.
