TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, recently awarded over $16 million for the first two military construction contracts to Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, since the installation flooded in 2019. A season of heavy snowfall, combined with a late winter
