January 2013 Energy Express Published Jan. 10, 2013 AFCEC TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- In this month's Energy Express, the new process for Energy Savings Performance Contracts promises to shorten the implementation time frame to as little as 12 months and improve industry partnerships. In expeditionary energy-saving efforts, some minor changes are making a major difference to the comfort and energy efficiency of tents used to house transiting military personnel at the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan.
