MEDIA RELEASE: Kelly Restoration Advisory Board meets Oct. 9 Published Oct. 4, 2012 By Air Force Civil Engineer Center Public Affairs JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas -- The Kelly Restoration Advisory Board meets Oct. 9 in the John F. Kennedy High School auditorium, 1922 South General McMullen Drive, near the former Kelly Air Force Base. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. and is followed by a public comment period. At that time, the Air Force invites the public to comment on the proposal to adjourn the Kelly RAB. The 30-day public comment period began Oct. 1 and ends Oct. 30. Public comments will be taken on the record verbally at the meeting and in writing. The RAB is a group of community, government and Air Force personnel who meet twice a year to discuss the progress of the cleanup at the former Kelly Air Force Base and advise the Air Force on community concerns related to cleanup.
