Tyndall leadership update Airmen and their families at rebuild town hall
In a joint effort to share their vision of the “Installation of the Future,” Col. Brian Laidlaw, 325th Fighter Wing commander, and Col. Travis Leighton, Tyndall Program Management Office director, spoke to Airmen, their families and base personnel during a town hall session at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. Jan. 23, 2020. The Town Hall gave those affected by the rebuild the opportunity to ask questions and hear firsthand from base leadership what to expect as the rebuild progresses over the next few years. Tyndall team provides cheer at annual holiday event
A student visits with Santa Claus Dec. 19 during the annual “Spread the Joy” event sponsored by the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Emergency Management team from Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. The team visited with students from Lucille Moore Elementary School to celebrate Christmas early with a hot meal and wrapped presents for the children to open. AFCEC has been leading the event since 2014. This year’s “Spread the Joy” was possible through volunteers wrapping more than 900 presents and the Mercy Chefs organization providing nearly 450 meals. On Dec. 19, members of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Emergency Management team at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., visited with the students at the school to celebrate Christmas early during the “Spread the Joy” event. Fiscal triad delivers for the Tyndall rebuild
