The Air Force Civil Engineer Center is managing and overseeing a project to replace existing basic training facilities with new, state-of-the-art, Airman Training Complexes at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. A small business served as prime contractor for the project, developing the master plan, facility condition assessments, architectural programming and planning, geographic information system mapping and geodatabase design for the $900 million complex.
