AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- The Air Force Civil Engineer Center recently completed construction of a $15.4 million dormitory here. The new three-story dorm houses 144 Airmen and includes such energy saving features as a solar-powered hot water system which will save $4000 annually and double as a shade canopy for parking.
