FLORENNES AIR BASE, Belgium -- A dining hall built in 1990 was among 10 facilities the Air Force recently returned to Belgium in a $1.9 million residual value settlement. The facilities were part of the tactical leadership program at Florennes. Residual value settlements are negotiated with host nations when U.S. funded facilities are no longer needed and returned.
