San Pedro Park Cleanup

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Air Force volunteers position new rose bushes for planting at San Pedro Park April 1. More than 30 volunteers from various organizations in Bldg. 171, including AFCEE and the Air Force Real Property Agency, painted, cleared debris, cleaned up flower beds, picked up trash and planted rose bushes as part of the on-going 2011 San Antonio Armed Forces Earth Day campaign. San Pedro Park is the second oldest park in the nation. Only Boston Commons was established prior to the San Antonio park. (Air Force photo by Mike Briggs)
