The administrative record (AR) website is an Air Force database system of AR documents for public use. These documents form the basis for selecting an environmental response action as required by 40 CFR Part 300 Subpart I of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP).

The public, including regulators, can now glean administrative record documents relating to active Air Force Installations within the continental United States from the below website. The website complies with section 113(k) of CERCLA, which is codified at 42 U.S.C. section 9613(k).
