JEFFREY DOMM

Jeffrey Domm, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Deputy Director of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. As AFCEC Deputy Director, he assists the commander in leading a 2,200-person organization, responsible for providing responsive, flexible, full-spectrum installation engineering services. AFCEC missions include facility investment planning, design and construction, operations support, real property management and oversight, energy support, environmental compliance and restoration, and readiness and emergency management. The unit conducts its operations at more than 72 locations worldwide. He also directly oversees execution of the $3.4 billion annual operations budget, delivery of the $3 billion annual Military Construction Program, and $13 billion military housing portfolio.

Mr. Domm began his Air Force career in 1991 at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, as Chief of the Environmental Restoration Division. He held the positions of Environmental Flight Chief and Deputy Base Civil Engineer prior to serving at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia, as both Program Manager and Branch Chief in the Environmental Division.
 
Mr. Domm attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces at the National Defense University, where he earned a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy.
