LACKLAND AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- At left, Michael Dominguez, a VIA Metropolitan Transit community planner, shows Capt. David Losleben the various public transportation stops in the city during the San Antonio Armed Forces 2011 Earth Day Kickoff Expo March 31 in Port San Antonio's Bldg. 171. Captain Losleben, a member of the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment, and the more than 2,500 Air Force occupants of the building, had the opportunity to gather information from more than 15 military and community organizations on Earth-minded initiatives such as recycling, growing herb gardens and public transportation and van pooling. Attendees also had the opportunity to volunteer for community cleanup activities planned over the next few weeks. (Air Force photo by Debbie Aragon)
