Subject matter expert retires

LACKLAND AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment will be losing a long-time employee and Air Force subject matter expert July 30 when Dr. Javier Santillan retires after almost 18 years of federal service.
