B-hut energy testing
Air Force RED HORSE and Navy Seabee crews joined together to construct barracks huts, or B-Huts, at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Nov. 20, 2020. Although the two huts began as identical structures, one hut will serve as a baseline for energy efficiency testing while the other will be the “new generation,” equipped with a full electrical package and provisions for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Civil Engineers Train for Deployment
Members of the 147th Attack Wing Civil conduct training for deployed enivironments September 15, 2020 at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base. The CE Airmen implemented increased simulated force protection conditions and reacted to scenarios that would require them to apply medical aid, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense (CBRN) training procedures. In addition the Airmen conducted land navigation, convoy and vehicle operations training.
